Prairie Dance Theatre (“Prairie Dance Theatre”) are the sole owners of the information collected on the site, and will not sell, share, or lease such information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. This Privacy Policy also covers materials you post to various social media sites or public Prairie Dance Theatre sites and in which you associate one or more of our hashtags to materials you own or to which you post materials.


A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Our use of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our sites. Once the user closes his or her browser, the cookie simply terminates. If a user rejects the cookie, he or she may still use our sites. Cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our sites. We may share aggregated demographic information with our franchisees or business associates. This information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We may use an outside fulfillment company, but it does not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We may use or require the assistance of another party to provide specific services. When a user signs up for these services, we will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the other party to provide these services. These other parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.




From time to time Prairie Dance Theatre may incorporate and display content from social media sites on (“Social Media Content”).  The Social Medial Content may include text, images and video, and we may obtain the content in a number of ways.  As an example, Prairie Dance Theatre may display tweets from Twitter (including tweets containing an image and video), Facebook posts, images and video, and images and video from Instagram as well as other social media and networking sites.  Prairie Dance Theatre may also create and encourage the general public to use hashtags (#) to identify, sort and categorize material on social media sites such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.  Material marked with a hashtag created by Prairie Dance Theatre may be displayed on any Prairie Dance Theatre website, including on pages such as .Prairie Dance Theatre may also invite members of the public to upload images or other materials directly to an Prairie Dance Theatre site or social media page, with or without the use of a hashtag. Social Media Content may be posted on third-party web sites over which Prairie Dance Theatre has no control (such as Facebook, Twitter or Vine).  Prairie Dance Theatre is neither responsible nor liable for the privacy practices or lack of such practices from such other sites.  It is possible that materials you post on social media sites may end up on an Prairie Dance Theatre site and may be further re-posted to another social media site.  Neither you nor Prairie Dance Theatre can control this further re-posting. If you do not want your posts, images or videos to be posted on an Prairie Dance Theatre site, do not associate any Prairie Dance Theatree hashtag with your posts, images or videos.  By using or associating any of your social media posts, images or videos with any Prairie Dance Theatre hashtag, you give consent for Prairie Dance Theatre to repost your materials on our website.




Prairie Dance Theatre website includes social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.




The site, and the Prairie Dance Theatre App contain links to other sites. Please be aware that Prairie Dance Theatre is neither responsible nor liable for the privacy practices or lack of such practices of such other sites. We want our users to be aware of this when they leave our sites to visit linked sites. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of each and every site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by and/or through site.



From time to time, we may request information from users using surveys, contests, sweepstakes, or promotions. Participation in these surveys, contests, sweepstakes, or promotions is completely voluntary. The user has a choice whether to disclose any information by answering the surveys, entering the contests or sweepstakes, or participating in the promotions. Information requested may include contact information (such as user’s name and mailing address) and demographic information (such as ZIP code and age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes or may be used as stated at the time the information is collected. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and services offered by site, and the Prairie Dance Theatre App.

Our users’ information collected by us on our Web site, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is maintained and secured in our offices. We send registered users site and service announcement updates such as the launch of new products, promotions or new sections or features added to the Prairie Dance Theatre Website. Registered users have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving special promotions and offers, or from involvement in focus groups, or may request that their personal information be removed completely from the Prairie Dance Theatre website and list.
