Since 2003, Prairie Dance Theatre has been dedicated to providing free, high quality programs rooted in dance for undeserved children.

Smart Moves

A comprehensive and free of charge, in-school dance program. This program is currently offered to entire grade levels in the Oklahoma City area with three different options of the length of the program that partner school can request.

Smart Moves: After School

This program serves as an open-access introduction to dance for students who are interested in exploring movement beyond the school day. Unlike our in-school program, this opportunity is open to any student who wants to participate—no prior experience required—and all dancers receive training at no cost.

Advancement & Performance

Prairie Dance Theatre’s next-level training opportunity - Reach Team and Impact Team - for students who demonstrate commitment, growth, and a desire to deepen their dance experience. Students are invited to participate in focused Saturday sessions that build technique, confidence, creativity, and performance skills.
